KC, OKC, Tulsa? Who's got the best service department?

So, the engine in my B6 S4 recently took a pretty serious dump, so it needs to go to the dealer because I have exhausted all of my apartment-garage repair possibilities. I'm located in Wichita, Kansas, which has no Audi dealers located within 150 miles. Can anybody tell me about your experience with the service departments of the dealers in KC, Tulsa and OKC? I just want to make sure that I am dealing with rational people who will do their best to get my car running properly, especially since I have to flatbed it for 2.5 hours to get it there.

I haven't heard great things about the dealer in Tulsa. However, it recently changed ownership.

I would suggest asking this same question on wetdub.com. It's a club made up of people mostly from Kansas and Oklahoma.

the one in Edmound( OKC) is good, my car is there rite now....

they have 3 audi techs and two porsche techs that help on the audis if need be. one tech thier thats been working on Audi/VW for i think 50+ years, and another guy thats on wetdubs.com, as am i.
