I'm sure I could figure this out if the car was in front of me.

Taking a step back, my honest opinion would be to make the B7 taillight wiring work with your B6 harness, instead of trying to make your B6 harness work with the B7 taillight wiring... make sense?

I'm using the B6 harness with the B7 connector (since it's different) :) Everything works except for the rear fog issue [headbang]

do the B7s have a single rear fog (like the B6) or a dual rear fog? are you throwing any codes?

I know there's a couple guys that did a wiring mod on the B6 (check B6A4 forum) to have dual rear fog-lights... I'd be willing to bet that's the part you're missing...
