this is the coolant feed line for the OEM turbo as well at the GT28r turbo that I am running, and I am sure it fits others as well.

Part from EcsTuning:

as you can see it has a banjo style fitting on one side which requires two sealing washers. i can find these locally.

what I am confused about is the coolant return line. this is usually the molded hose that runs along the front of the engine that attaches to the barbed nipple on the passenger side of the turbo. there is a male part of this adapter that threads into the turbo core housing, and then the second part is the nipple fitting. is there suppose to be a crush washer between the first part (male part) and the turbo housing?

Both sides of the coolant line at the turbo should be done the same if both are using banjo bolts.

so the duct tape and gum i was using on one side wouldnt work? :)

do i look like an idiot.. wait don't answer that.....lol

i need some pictures to explain this.... i am not sure if this is an OEM part or not, but its not a banjo style fitting on the coolant return line...

the damn picture tool on this forum is broken i think... or maybe its because i am using a MAC, who knows.

but look at the aluminum/silver barb sticking out of the turbo. the nut holds down the barb fitting to the actual fitting secured to the turbo. this is what i was talking about.

this is what you want to connect to your turbo. then just run a hose with a hose clamp at the barbed end

It is just like a AN type fitting which just screws onto another threaded fitting that has been threaded into the turbo. The barb fitting shouldn't need any type of washer when you thread it onto the other fitting.
