Hey guys i just bought a set of 7 dual spoke rs4 wheels 18x8, i put them on my car and the rear rub really bad they have 235/40/18's on them and i cant drive it at all. is there any way to run spacers to fix this problem? if so what size should I run? i want to get these wheels to work because they look great. Any help is greatly appreciated. thanks alot!

I would go with a 10mm spacer all around just to make it look flush. A 5mm spacer should work as well, but not as flush. What is the offset of your wheels? Another option is going with a 225/40/18 tire.

18x8 et35 225/40/18 Tires (slight stretch)

on

H&R sports and bilstiens

No rubbing....

Oem offset is 43 your prolly rubbing on inside of wheel well. 235 are to big for this setup/offset.

Hope that helps.

I have these rs4 wheels:http://z.about.com/d/cars/1/0/G/e/ag_07rs4_wheel.jpg

It is rubbingon what looks like the rear knuckle *or whatever it is called. Is there anyway to jus run spacers without changing tires?

10mm spacers should solve it.

10mm spacers, ok does it have to be specific audi spacers, i have a set idk they look like they will fit fine, where can i get longer studs and what is the bolt size?

stock is 28mm...

I would go 35...depending how deep the wheel is.

i was thinking that another 1/4 inch to a 1/2 inch max should get the job done. any recommendations on where to purchase the spacers i need?

so 10mm spacers and how long of bolts should I get, would it make sense to get 45mm because the stocks are 35mm and the spacer will be 10? also where is a good place to find spacers for a good price?

i actually just purchased the ecs 15mm kit that comes with the bolts and spacers for 199.99 for 20 bolts and 4 spacers. hopefully it will fit nicely and not rub at all

are the wheels OEM audi? Audi wheels use a ball seat, most aftermarket wheels use conical seat.
