Anyone have a review or an opinion on the braided brake lines that stoptech makes? Debating between these, goodridge, and ecs tuning.

thanks

I have them on the front of my A4. They are OK, but I can't really provide you with any comparison because I don't drive my A4 that hard. Install was straight-forward, and if your car is anything like mine, you will need to replace the caliper hard lines since the fittings may have seized to the line. I believe these are DOT approved so you shouldn't have to worry about any legalities.

I recall that people recommend the stoptech lines over the other brands, because the stoptech lines are steelbraided over rubber. If you live in snowy/salty conditions, the salt and snow can easily create rust on the steel and make them crack. Te rubber is there for insurance.
