Holy sheet mang! That looks unnatural!! Like the car was in an accident (dusty fender and lip don't help)!! LOL I'm gonna hold back judgement until I see a pulled back view...

Nice choice on wheels. I will feel sorry for your car on that trip as it looks fairly low. Keep us updated.

How far from ground to oil pan? Brings back memories of that GTI on vortex who busted his oil pan going over those gas fill caps at a gas station [:D]

The car in that thread was Adam's? I think thats his name, the one that had the big part out a few weeks back I think.

Okay let me chime in. I'm not widebody, my fenders are not pulled. That's an 18X8.5 all the way around. This is how the car is sitting with a passenger in the backseat and no one up front. Ill post a whole pic of the car with no one in it tomorrow so I can clear up the shenanigans

I wish I could go this low, but I just moved to L.A. and I wouldn't even be able to get out of the driveway [=(] or into the garage at work. It does look good [up] and I'm Über-Jealous of your stance.

Hey darrick how's the passat coming along?
Well, it's been better. LOL
My fiancé was driving it Tuesday and she got rear-ended... by a COP. [o_o] The damage wasn't too bad, but the cop car dove under the rear bumper, picked up the car and wheel-barrowed it into the car in front of her, so both ends of the car got messed up.
Oh well. No one got hurt and the county has good insurance. [:)]

205/40 on an 8.5. Stretch is there.
I don't really care about the offset for now. I'm just trying out the stupid low look. Maybe ill rebuild the wheels and poke later on
