As some of you might know, i picked up these wheels for my winter set:

http://www.fourtitude.com/news/uploads/Audi_News/008__scaled_600_013.jpg

Now when i put them on my car they were sooooo tucked, and i want to stick them out a little more then they were.

They are 5x112 et 45 18x8

Now what spacers should i get, and yes i know once i do spacers i need to do extended lugs.

Do i need hub centeric spacers or spacers w/o being hubcentric will do.

Help!

TIA

Well it depends how much you want it to stick out.. 20mm is going to be pretty aggressive, 10mm would be best imo.

You'll probably want at least 10mm, at which point you should get hubcentric. I think the S-Line wheels are et42, and I'm running 12F/15R spacers, which looks pretty good.

well now i have 19x8.5 et 35.

with these even at et 35 i will be 12.7mm tucked more then my 19in. So a 10mm spacer would do just fine. But what should i get hubcentric or not. What would be the size of the lugs that i need to make these fit perfect.

If you like the way your wheels look with et35 offset, then you should get 10mm spacers all around for et45 wheels.

I have 35et wheels and I like the look, but I could go for a little more width in the back. So, for my winter setup (with et45 wheels) I'm going with 12mm spacers in front and 15mm spacers in back. I don't have pics yet, but I think it will set it off pretty well.

Bolts= 28mm+size of spacer.

^^ Listen to this guy. He speaks the truth. You'll regret getting 10mm all the way around...I'm 18x8 et43 10/12 and I wish I had gone 12/15. With 2mm less, you'll want at least 12/15 [;)]

Yes, get hubcentric spacers. Either MTM or H&R. And an effective offset of et35 would be fine for winter wheels (so 10mm spacers)

Agreed, anything above a 5mm spacer and you should use hubcentric, especially on cars that use lug bolts.

Although I do disagree with the offset still....Offset will be influenced by wheel width as well, people always forget that. et35 on your 19x8.5s will be good, and you should still have a little room to push out. But et35 on an 18x8 is nothing! That half inch difference in rim width translates to 12.7mm! I'm telling you, 10mm spacers on your 18x8s will not be enough...if you're going through the COST of buying spacers for a reason, might as well get the right ones, right? That's all I'm trying to say. I will be ordering 15mm for my rear soon instead of the 12mm, I would go 17mm, but I'm pretty sure they would rub at times being as low as I am. I have test fitted 17mm and it looks good, but at 25" g/f, although not too low, I'm pretty sure it will rub.

So far Blackforest industries have the cheapest spacers and lugs. Hubcentric too :) there out of 10mm spacers for 1 week or so.
