Just got an alignment from my local Firestone and they recommend me putting new tires and Rotos/pads soon. They quoted me about $1400 including labor and I felt that was a little high. Can anyone recommend some good deals? I have the stock conti and they SUCKKKKK. Seems like I had to replace 2 every year. I'm going to bite the bullet and replace all 4 this time.

There are TONS of threads about different tires on this site (found using the search key) as well as very solid reviews on tirerack.com. You should easily be able to find tires that match your performance needs and price point with a little research.
With that said, there are still a lot of brake pad threads on here, but not quite as many as the tire threads. From the research I've done, I've decided to go with EBC pads. I chose the yellowstuff compound because I bring my car to the track on occassion and need the extra fade resistant properties. However, if you're looking for a great street pad that won't dust as much as the stock pads and will still provide good bite, but you don't plan on tracking the car, look into the EBC redstuff pads.

I just went to EBC green pads for daily driving on my Chipped (APR Stage 1 91 OCT) 2006 A4. I love these pads, very quiet, lower dust compared to stock and they are noticeably better for stopping. IMO

That is terrible, biased information. There is absolutely no way I would replace my OEM tires, pads, or rotors with the same components. The P6 tires were such garbage in terms of grip, noise, and wear. The OEM pads dust like a damn Iraqi dust storm and start to fade after a few laps at the track or any heavy backroads driving. The rotors are alright, but overpriced and a little on the heavy side. Speaking of overpriced... Everything OEM is overpriced if you buy it through the dealer or even a place like ECS tuning when compared aftermarket parts.
Care to elaborate on why you say you should never buy anything non OEM? Or are you just going to spread around baseless claims because you think everything not made by Audi is subpar?

Yeah I hated those pads. So what do you run now currently and how you like them? I all all season and currently looking at Eagle F1 All season, but dont know what kind of rotors to get (Adams?). Just want anything thats quiet and not breaking the bank.

you can get brembo blanks, they're (relatively) cheap compared to the high performance stuff.

I love my Hawk HPS Pads, good bite and VERY low dusting compared to stock.

I'm also a very big fan of Hawk pads. Got some of the ceramic pads for my daily driver - greatly reduced dust (also a much lighter color dust).

Hawk Ceramics FTW (for low-dusting, semi-spirited driving). I noticed better bite with less brake fade, but I also did slotted rotors, stainless lines, and Pentosin race fluid. It could have been the combination, but dusting decreased significantly as stated above.
What exactly are you looking for? Stock-like braking? Tire requirements - all-season? UHP? price range? A couple of my friends have gone General Exclaim with good results. The sidewall is a little soft, but not a big issue if you aren't cornering.

I just want regular braking with slotted/drilled Rotors for the look. Nothing too crazy like spending over 1K on rotors and pads. Sounds like Hawk is the way to go. For tires I just want all season maybe about $150-$170 a piece, again just for daily driving nothing crazy.
Can someone let me know a place to get good deals on rotors and pads? I HATE dust....
