HELP! B7 sport suspension evidence

[headbang]I bought an '07 A4 from a dealer, advertised as "sport package". It has standard suspension/shocks (code 1BA).
The dealer is arguing that the sport suspension is only on S Line. I need some proof especially from shops or Audi professionals that the sport suspension was an option -- especially if you have it on your car.
I am trying to get the dealer to make good on the representation.

Sport suspension will have red struts and non sport will have black struts. Sport suspension is an option that can be sold as an option by itself or coupled with the s-line package. My 05.5 came with just the sport suspension and no s-line body/interior kits.

^^^ yep easiest way is to look in the wheel well and see if your struts are black (non-sport) or red (sport)

Can't they run your vin and see what options were originally sold with it? I think the S-Line would say something like "S-line appearance package and sport suspension"...

Thank you all. They can run the VIN (I had an Audi dealer do it for me). I don't know why they don't or what they are thinking.
