b7 trunk lid

looking to get a b7 but one thign that confused me is the trunk lid. ive noticed on some b7 there is no lip, on others theres half a lip, and another where the lip goes from the quater panel to the other quater panel. why is that? which models/trims have which?

the trunks without a lip are the Non S-line models.
the trunks with a lip are either S-Line or SEpackage models.
as for the trunks with "quarter panels" a.k.a. mini ABT spoilers im not so sure about.. maybe someone can jump in?

That is just an ABT spoiler on someone's non s-line trunk

I think he's talking about the ones that some non slines come out the dealership with

correct, some spoilers might run on the quarter panels (abt, votex)

after looking again i guess the wing that goes from one end to the other is the trunk style found on the rs4
