There are lots. Most of us can be found at Reisu's gtg's. If your car needs work, you should get to know them.
I had the windows on my B6 tinted at Tomball Tinters. After searching around and recieving quotes from some of the big name shops for $400-$600, they were much less. They use high grade Llumar film, have a machine that precuts the pieces from a digital template, and offer a lifetime warranty.

Yea no kidding. Thats WAY too much. I got lumar for 250 but thats because I had them take the old tint off for a clean install.

cant speak for the tinting but these guys really disappointed me on a simple speaker install. I left the car all day with them and when I picked it up they had forgotten to install one set of speakers and the car was a mess. They also quoted me one price via email and then jacked it up 50% when I came in to drop off the car. Oh, and they damaged one speaker and would not admit to it saying it must have been a manufacturer defect. I bought my own speakers and brought 'em in for install.
All I can say is really watch them closely; they probably do a decent job with tinting as it is not too difficult but I'll think twice about any further work with them. / rant.

I got Huper Optik Stark 30 (which is actually 35% I think) installed at the Executive Motorsports location on Hillcroft between Westheimer and Richmond, and I couldn't be happier. The tint is pretty thick and took a long time to cure, and during the curing process I noticed some bubbles developing. I went back to them twice (once for the front passenger window and once for the rear windshield) to get things corrected/redone and they took care of me no questions asked. Brandon is the guy that helped me out the most (I think he owns the place) but everyone who worked there seemed very helpful and understanding. I'd highly recommend them.

in sugarland, but moving to the west houson/memorial area near beltway 8 and i-10 this friday. if anyone is free we could use a hand!!! :-D
when and where is the state meet?
hopefully, it's towards the end of january... i'm hoping to get my single t s4 back at the beginning of january.

State meet is January 30-31 2010... Banquet, Audi Car Show, Hill Country Drive, Track event at Harris Hill ...We expect New and Old, Fast and Slow Audi's from all over Texas to come!!!
