They are almost the same thing, except warranty, preset rebound damping, preset spring height, and stasis high density perch bearings. It's worth the little extra to go stasis.

Actually both kits come with a lifetime warranty.

from what i've heard stasis takes the koni setup and "optimizes" it for audi applications (whatever that means)

I believe they adjust each shock on their shock dyno to set it up for whatever application you have. Whereas Konis might not really be set up for your car. The benefit may be debatable...my Stasis setup on my B5 felt soft in the rear.

So the Stasis kit is a preset Koni kit + UHMW spring perch bearings? If that isn't important to you, get the Koni, save $50, and ask someone what their preset Stasis settings were. I don't know, maybe someone can give some better input on the benefits of the upgraded spring perch bearings.
