I thought I had fixed my leaking problem, but when I jumped in the car this morning, I noticed this.

I doubt it, is it water or does it taste like coolant. Could be your heater core, its right there.

Yeah, heater core is just in front of the passenger footwell

Shit. Thanks. I'll check on my lunch break.

What will it taste like? Any smell?

Dont taste it. Auto tech teacher told me about one guy did it once just a lick was sick for a week after. for some people it is not a bad reaction at all if there is any but still, dont risk it.

Alright thanks for the warning. I guess I'll go for the smell then.

So, if it's the heater core. I assume I'll have to replace it then, no quick fix? Also does it matter that it's been raining for the past 2 days and this morning I turned on my front defroster.

Was turning the defroster on the reason it started to leak through the cabin?

If it been raining heavily for the past days I would take apart the cabin filter section and check the drains to see if they are clear. Could be all gunked up.

Just realized that this was passenger side. Take your cabin filter out and check the duct for moisture, looks like heater core though. Good luck
