Any diff between the C5 S6 and B5 S4 rims that you guys know of? I believe diff offset. Any pros/cons to one over the other?

^ I think both of those are the 18"x8" B6 Avus's, not the 17"x7.5" B5 Avus's the OP asked about. Minor difference, but I think the B6 Avus's look way better than the B5.

Looks great (espec on a red avant [up] ) - just want to confirm, these are the B5 17 x 7.5 Avus wheels?

The B5 S4 wheel offset makes them look weird on a B6/B7. Spacers would help.

I'm fairly certain that they're B5 because the newer ones seem to have
a wider notch at the end of each spoke...like some of the ones pictured in this thread....The ones I have are the ones pictured in the first post, whereas if you look closely at some of the other cars in this thread the notch is much wider at the top of each spoke....methinks this means B6!!
although I will agree that spacers are a must. In the pic I posted
