So every morning when I start up my car it sounds like its not going to and really hesitates but eventually does. Also sometimes after it starts the rpms shoot up and then come back down. Any ideas what the problem could be?
Thanks

It's prob not your battery. B7's often have this problem and if I recall there is a TSB for the issue. It's a reflash that your dealer will take care of for you. Just go in and complain about long cranks on cold starts. [up]

I've had mine in a total of 5 times for that same issue. At first the suggested buying lower octane gas which didn't work, then they flashed the computer, then they changed out the high pressure fuel sensor, then the last two times they couldn't reproduce the problem.
Today while I was getting the oil changed in my wife's car I spent a few minutes talking to the service manager and he said that he's had half a dozen A4s with the 3.2 in the shop doing the same thing and he said that Audi was working on a fix..... I'll give them one more shot before I call Audi Customer Care.....
