Hi guys,

I cannot find the right car as a CPO so I may do the next best thing and buy the car I want (from a non-Audi dealer) and purchase a warranty through them through Preferred Warranties. Has anyone had any experience with them?

Thanks in advance!

I haven't used them but search for complaints on the net and the BBB, because I got screwed not researching mine before I got it.

1. Lookup numbers for local Audi dealers
2. Call service departments and ask them which aftermarket warranties they like to deal with
3. Done

Surprisingly they have a A+ rating from the BBB. What co did you get yours through?

Good call. Just wanted to see if anyone had any first hand experiences they could share but the service dept. should be a good resource. Thanks.

I have Fidelity and I later sold my warranty back for 90% of what I originally paid.

Did you google it? First page has multiple sites with complaints.

Third party warranties are never worth it. Think about how their business model is structured. They only make money if the majority of their policy holders pay more up front for their policy than the warranty company is forced to pay out for claims. They will do whatever they can to stay in the black on each account. I know from experience.

Put some repair money aside.
