timing Log for stage 2& stage 3 here?

Any one can educate me about the timing stuff?
i know if the timing doing like -5 to -9 is not a gd thing, and our ECU can adjust the timing under-12. my understanding is if the timing still under -12 pull which is acceptable as it still under controll ?

And wht makes timing pull as hell?

And anyone can put some stage 2 & stage 3 timing log in here?

Could you clarify your post, I'm having a really hard time understanding.

I try to keep my timing pull down below -6 on stage 2+. dont know if that helps you.
