So I just replaced my head gasket and now the oil and coolant are mixing again,
I followed this diy exactly (http://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php?t=190393). and I know its not the oil cooler because I have the coolant lines looped together. its a brand new gasket and the decks arent warped. could I have set the head on wrong? it sat perfect (wouldnt the headbolt not go in?) New headbolts too also. could I tighten it more with out stripping anything?

thanks!

Did you put the head gasket in upside down?

checked it with a straight edge and a feeler gauge. not a expert or anything tho but the car never overheated so dont think so?

I'd imagine a leakdown test would show the cracked head.... have you done a compression test?
