so I had a little fender bender the other day and I need new fender installed.
Checkered flag Audi in Virginia Beach estimated painting job around $500-$520. this is for painting driver side fender and blending the hood and driver side door. Is that too much or is it right?
TIA

That doesn't seem too bad. My buddy got quoted about $500 to paint his front bumper.

Why would they even try to blend the hood? Maybe the door but not the hood. Because the hood and fender is totally in a different plane of sight that any decent paint job can go unnoticed. But since the door is adjacent to the panel in question and can be seen in the same view, it is "acceptable" to be blended.
I put "acceptable" because if you have a master painter with years of experience using Dupont products such as Standox or Spies Hecker paint line, they should be able to just paint the panel and get it almost 100%.
For me, I want as much of the factory paint on my car as possible.
