Since installing the ecodes, occasionally at idle or upon starting to move my left bulb looks like the filament is vibrating. They work but it is annoying. I have checked to make sure the housings are secure and they are. Anyone know how to fix this or what is causing it?

Well i contacted Jens. This is what he told me to do.

The problem you told me is unfortunately not too uncommon with B7 bixenon housings. It is surely very annoying - no question.

The leveller moves the inner frame up and down ( not in your case as they aree retrofitted). Picture of the frame attached. To allow a movement the inner frame is connected with ball joints to the outer main frame. So far so good. Unfortunately they used a lot of plastics for this and earlier or later we have wear and movement. In worst case the whole thing may vibrate under certain rpms. This is not a damage - there is nothing broken. As from my experiences the problem is fixable in 3 ways:
>
> - We replace the whole housing and hope another one is better
> - You open the housing and attach some heavy grease to all joints

This takes 3 minutes and will eliminate all vibrations forever. Since we do not use any levelling mechanisms in your car the projector will not move up/down so this would not create any problems. I can take a picture for demonstration if you like.
