lamin-x came in today and took about half an hour to apply all headlights, taillights, and fogs. looks good imo but the only thing is i have a little soapy-ness behind the lamin-x on my headlights... hopefully it'll clear up after it completely dries up cuz it would suck to remove them. don't have pics of the soapy-ness but heres some pics i took with my phone.
half of the taillight on to show the difference

IMO, you might have some difficulities to see what in front of you during night time.

yeah that stuff isnt as easy to apply as you would think and that goddamn sprayer bottle only holds like 3 sprays worth.
the bubbles and stuff behind the film is completely normal. mine dried up and went away after about a week but that was in 50 degree weather.

it wasn't very hard to smoothen the lamin-x out. the tail lights had some weird curves on it but if you have a heat gun it's very easy. as for headlights, i didn't have much trouble last night driving around with it.
as for where i bought it, i just went to www.lamin-x.com and purchased it from there. the tail lights are the smoked and the headlights are tint. someone here on the forums said that gunsmoke for headlights is too dark. when i called lamin-x they said that tint lets 95% of the light through and gunsmoke is 90%. tail lights shine through completely fine too

How is the light output when driving at night?

light output seems just the same as it was before the lamin-x was applied. when the brake lights are on you can't even tell that it's been smoked out imo. and like i said earlier, i didn't notice any dimness in the headlights last night so i think it's a very safe mod.

Looks great man!! Definately need to get some clear lamin-x to protect my headlights. Big investment there that i need to protect.
