I don't really care to have to remove everything, or clamp or snip the lines or any of that.. is there any easier way to do this? I see that it runs on a fuse, but that fuse is also bound with other things that I need.. like speedo, etc.. The headlight washers run off motors right? Now.. is there a connector to unplug or a way to disconnect it from a power source so they just don't function at all anymore?

The headlamp washers are easy to disable.

There are no motors involved in their operation (bar the washer pump).

The actual jets are raised by water pressure. Just unplug the connector to the washer pump, and all's done. You may have to remove the driver's side wheel arch liner to gain access though.

You don't need pictures. Remove the wheel well liner and there will be two pumps on the washer tank. One feeds the windshield the other feeds the bumper. Unplug the electrical to the bumper one.
