So i just got back from a long drive and got the following codes. I have a labree hfc, but i wasnt sure if these codes are a result of that, or if i damaged the 02 sensor during the install

also i am wondering if the n75 code and the negative deviation one might be related, although i have been getting the neg. deviation one for a while but this is the first time for the n75 one

I have been getting all of these same codes since about 2 months ago which was around the time of the HFC install (the neg deviation one started a few months before that), but this is the first time i have got the N75 code, and havent gotten the n75 code again in the 50 miles since i last cleared it... but i'm wondering if maybe this is whats causing it since i also did a boost leak test a while back and fixed everything else (a few cracked hoses).

5 Faults Found:
16806 - Main Catalyst: Bank 1: Efficiency Below Threshold
P0422 - 35-00 - -
16524 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor B1 S2: No Activity
P0140 - 35-00 -
17956 - Boost Pressure Controle Valve (N75): Open Circuit
P1548 - 35-10 -
17964 - Charge Pressure Control: Negative Deviation
P1556 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
17522 - 17522 - O2S: B1 S2: Internal Resistance too High
P1114 - 35-10 - - Intermittent

thanks!!

You need to place 1 or 2 spark plug non-foulers onto the rear 02 sensor bung. 3 of those codes are related to that. It says that your rear 02 sensor does not have activity, but you can get that at times because of the HFC (you can get fluke codes for simple issues). But there is also the possibility that it is faulty (which I doubt). And check the electrical connector on your n75 valve or replace if necessary (what the other codes are related to).

Purchase those at your local auto parts store (42002) and drill the ID (inner diameter) with a 1/2" drill bit, clean off the metal shavings, place it into the secondary 02 sensor bung, then place the secondary 02 sensor onto that. You should place on 2 spark plug non foulers. I have one spark plug non fouler on my Labree HFC amd only get codes every now and then for it, only when I drive a certain way. I have not received one in a couple months now though (maybe since January).

17522 - 17522 - O2S: B1 S2: Internal Resistance too High- anytime you see this fault its an o2 sensor. the other o2 senor faults just seal it fate. normaly i would say the catalyst efficiency fault is a cat but thats likely due to your aftermarket cat. your on the right track with the other two faults depending on which vacuum lines you found damaged thats likely the cause.

ok so the 17522 is saying its the sensor not the sensors readings as a result from the hfc cat right?

no 17522 is a fault with in the o2 sensor heater circut.
