We really went above and beyond to make sure we had the most quality test pipe available. Here are a few specs on the pipe:

- The only test pipe with a 304SS "J-pipe" to prevent the dreaded CEL
- Made out of quality 3" 304.065 Stainless Steel
- Uses studs on the bottom flange, to make installation much easier than the traditional nut and bolt setup
- We have our flanges CNC'd for us for us with 316L Stainless Steel. We do not use Mild steel, so there is NEVER rusting.
- Kits come with all necessary bolts for installation. We also chose to upgrade to copper bolts to ensure longevity
- All products are also manufactured in the USA

also curious if this works on an o1 to me looks like the J is facing thw wrong way and if it is down there its gonna be stupid hard to get that 02 sensor in there. its already hard where the lower one is ne ways.

As far I know this product was thoroughly tested on a B6, which is similar to an 01, ECU wise, so it should work fine.

Sorry to get back on here so late, this pipe works fine on the 01s. It was tested on both a B5 and B6. I think you may be looking at the pipe from the wrong angle. The side with the studs goes to the catback, and the other side connects to the turbo.

Hmm, I mean because its almost inevitable for the 2001's to get the CEL. Id like to see someone with an 01 buy this. Not trying to put your product down, but I REALLY would like to see it work since nothing other than "coding out" has worked.

Well your 2001 has essentially the same motor/ECU setup as the B6s in terms of the Wideband, 06A Block, small port head, and MAP sensor. The pipe has not thrown codes on any B6, so I would assume your 2001 would work too.

Also, we do offer the Unitronic flashes that write out the CEL even without the pipe. We do bench flashing here so we can have same day turnaround if you ship your ECU to us.

Yes, just for the simple reason that we would have to get it mandrel bent and we decided not to do that. The welds are outstanding quality and will not crack [up]
