Fellow forum member will be taking the keys from me and I will be on to the next chapter in life. It's been fun, made a couple good friends and have had loads of fun over the past 6.5 years with the car and scene, but alas it's time to move on. Best wishes to all, I'll drop back every now and then to say hi.

Take care Bassed. Even though I am a noob compared to others (by how long I have been a member and my limited knowledge), you along with many others taught me much about my vehicle by simply paying attention to threads and searching for my own answers. Be sure to drop in every now and then to say Peace[cool].

Picked this up a month back

http://www.smugmug.com/photos/549259120_Sd8KH-M.jpg and plan to just keep on adding miles and more and more seat time. I really don't want any cars for a while, I still have my 04' 2.0L POS FWD Auto Jetta for A to B. If I do a project it's a 300D veggie conversion on bags and such, but that's not happening for years. I have a lot of school to focus on and I'd like to travel instead of not being able to because I wasted travel money on a car.[=(] (learned that lesson slowly and the hard way).

Ohhh I've been in school going on 4 years at night for my 2nd degree in the laborious field of architorture....there are glimmering instances of fun when inspiration comes and the concept is solid.....then it's week's of making it a presentable sell visually in what ever mediums you choose all while working 30+ hours a week and taking 2 to 3 non studio classes[down]. Fitting the Audi in was getting to be to much to juggle[;)]

I still would like more time not working and being in school, but I have a bit more to stick out and that will hopefully come quicker....time seems to go faster and faster the older you get, no?[eek] Not how I had thought things would be, but life's a journey full of pleasant and unpleasant bumps.

Thanks guys I'll be stopping back here and there, posting sporadically.

Thanks GENTS! New owner detailed her up, threw fresh oil in, and is finding the car "amazing." I'm glad it went to the owner it did, he's a good guy and knows the B5 very well....

It's all worked out quite well for all I'd say.

Traitor!

I see how it really is. You just string us along with some great project only to ditch it when it's getting interesting.

Just kiddin.

I'll see you around. Good luck with school.

Thanks Craig, it really is a project that has just been dipped into. The setup has so much more to give and be capable of. Time will tell.
