I was wondering if somebody could help me identify which navigation headunit this is?

Thanks in advance.

I did some looking, couldn't find anything that looks like it.....I'm thinking its a mock up for the pic.

It's the navigation Audi installs in Japanese cars, may be made by Aisin or Pioneer but it's not an RNS-J or MMI branded device.

If you're going for that specific look, go Eclipse. They make some beautiful looking units. They're models from 2006/2007 used those vertically stacked buttons. It started with the AVN5435 or the more recent AVN5495 (which has an internal HDD). Their latest models however, have switched to 7" screens with minimalist frames and tiny buttons along the bottom (more screen for the buck). As far as features go the AVN5495 is still very competitive and offers all the pertinent features (ipod adaptability, bluetooth capable, satellite, yada yada yada). But the obviously the newer models AVN5100/6600 and up are killing pretty much everything out there.

I have the Eclipse Avn76d Which is the same as the AVN726e. It works great. The menu and feel is very OEM and the menu and NAV is very fast.

It feels OEM because they (Fujitsu-Ten) are the OE Supplier to Toyota/Lexus for navigation systems.

Eclipse is the aftermarket line-up of Fujitsu Ten
