i'm looking to replace my fuel filter sometime when I get back from canada
which fuel filter is best to get?

OEM? Meyle? Bosch? or does it basically depend on your budget..?

I noticed in one of the threads somebody posting this filter as an alternative
http://store.summitracing.com/largeimage.asp?part=AEI-12301&Prod=Aeromotive+Fuel+Filters&img=aei-12301_w.jpg

Is there anybody using one of those filters? if so, what benefit do you get from using that filter vs. one of the other filters mentioned above

thanks for your help[:D]

Personally, I would recommend OEM. But don't go to the stealership!

OEM flows as much fuel as the stock fuel lines can handle. unless you have some seriously large fuel lines and much larger pump, i dont see the OEM filter being any sort of restriction.

I went with a Bosch from ECS, got the crush washers too which are a must. My old one after 120K was horrible, it was clogged horribly. I also blew on it and a lot of black crap came out. Make sure you have the 12Point bit, if you haven't done it yet. I replaced the 12point bolt with a regular bolt with a 10mm head, so it makes my life easier next time.
