CEL after Snub Swap???

So I changed the stock snub mount for an APR snub mount today.
I let the car idle for a bit then tightened everything no problem.
When I started driving the CEL came up.
Any ideas???

dinantly not related to the snub mount, unless you moved or disconnected some wires...maybe a coilpack. maybe an O2. you should VAG it, if you have it.

CEL is typically emissions related (sensors, hardware, etc). there is NO WAY a snub mount would cause a CEL to come up.

i wasn't yelling at him. i was just emphasizing the fact that a snub mount wouldn't affect his car CEL. i guess all CAPS can be misundertood at times.... :)

I do understand that CELs are not related to snubs..just askin cuz i thought it was coincidence cuz be4 no CEL or ne thing..

i hope your not talking about me cus i was lettin him know he should VAG it because it will bring him straight to the code causing the CEL..i wasnt flaming

again... just take it to an autozone and get the codes... make sure he doesn't remove the trouble codes though... that would be a big no no
