I am trying to determine wether I have a sport package on my car, I have what I believe are Audi sport edition rims 17" ( i dont have pics) but they say it on them....I also have heard that I should have red springs if it is sport...is that always the case....are there any other ways for me to determine if I have a sport suspension...?

Red shocks is more like it, for sport. The springs are still black. What MY is your car. The celebration package is what brought the 17" wheels.

Do they look like this? These are the Celebration rims that came on the B5s in 01.5 as the 17" option.

Sounds like they may be Audi Accessory rims. Hard to say without a pic what type of rims they are, those were the 17s you could get on the B5 though.

just link it. depending on your MY, you might have a three spoke steering wheel with the sport symbol on it, if you do its a sport package.

the steering wheel doesn't mean its sport.... the shocks do.

Good job of investigating

And your mats with the logo sound like the winter rubber Audi Sport mats. Stock mats were plain carpet, no logos at all.

For posting images, either link from the web or upload your photos to www.audizine.com/gallery and link from there.

sport suspension is also mentioned on the vin sticker near the spare wheel well. 1BE on the lower right side means sport suspension at least in europe.
