is there any way to adjust the headlight washers in the bumper?

my pass side stays out because it gets caught on the lip around the hole in the bumper. I'm thinking someone messed with it and its not installed right or out of adjustment.

They should work anytime you use your windshield washer and the headlights are on. If not, something's not right. Then again, I have one of mine disconnected because of a leak. The hose is clamped closed though, so I can use the windshield washers when needed....

yeah, they pop up when the lights are on and you pull the washer switch, but one sticks. so its kinda annoying

The washers are based on fluid pressure from the pump. You can pul them out at any time with your hand. Just slide your finger under the cap and lift it up. It's a littld hard to move at first because of the spring mechanism inside the assembly. Once it moves up, you can remove the cover and adjust the spray pattern with a pin.
