These are bixenon ecodes with fly300kt's LED strip in it. They have upgraded 6000k bulbs in them that have only been in there for about 300 miles.

The few problems are:
When I opened them up to put the LEDs in, I never permanently sealed it. I just used a white silicon for a testing and stuff so it'd be easier to open it up every time. It looks like absolute shit so resealing WILL be necessary.

Right passenger side low beam motor does not allow for brights in the low beam as well. Only the high beams get bright on that light. So for example, you know how when you use your high beams your low beams also get brighter? That doesn't happen on the left.

Some of the clips that hold the headlight in were broken by the previous owned as well but that's a simple fix via the kit on ecstuning.

Overall, the headlights are pretty beat up. I'm willing to sell as they are or part them out.

I don't have a picture of the sealing but I can get it if you'd like.

Best offer sells!

got boost.

It's been a while since I've posted in this thread. But the sale of these are back on. Here are some pics. You can see the temporary white rubber sealant. It comes off really easily so don't be alarmed. Also in the first pic you can see the crack in the side of the lense. Headlights now have no bulbs except for the chrome turn signals.

how hard is it to reseal the lights? is the crack visible? will that need to be repaired before use (ie so no water gets in?)

TonyD
11-21-2009, 09:45 PM
I'm not sure how hard it is to reseal. I've never actually done it. I assume it couldn't be that hard. And as for the crack, I'd probably fix that. I mean I didn't get any water in it in the short time I had them on but I'd still fix it.

TonyD

Bringing these back up. They need to be sold. They are collecting dust in my room and just getting in the way. I will sell for cheap and remove the LED strips if you want.

TonyD

Just throwing it out there that these now have no LEDs in them. They they back to normal! If you'd like updated pics, let me know.
