it happens when the car is sitting for a while, like when i am at work for 8-10 hours or when she sits overnight.. they brakes are really touchy and grabby as i am first pulling out of the parking spot and stay that way for the first stop at the end of my driveway or at the end of the parking lot at work, it seems like when i get up to speed or what ever it goes away.. at first i thought it was the e brake sticking but i tried not using it but it still does it.. any ideas?

most likely just surface rust on the rotors...one swipe with the pads, it's removed, and you're good to go again. [up]

Have you tried taing the calipers off and checking the dust seals? If they are split or missing brake dust gets in and makes them stick. Apparently race teams take dust seals out of calipers to improve response but they have to be cleaned regularly. Usually dealers sell service kits for calipers and you can clean the calipers and change the seals
