View Full Version : Clean Engine Bay Pictures

I wanna see what everyone's engine bay looks like. Specifically, I am looking for the show side of it all. I have searched and found mostly BAT engine bays, and while nice, not what I am looking for.

So if it shaved/tucked/painted/damn clean, lets see it. If you have custom parts or whatnot, post up what they are (if you would like to share).

Example:

36€ for that cover and if it´s longer then 60cm 34€ for shipping.
If it is shorter then 60cm it will be only 14€ for shipping.

Maybe there are more of you guys who want to buy this..
When I buy about 10 of them, maybe it will be cheaper

anyone know if this cover will fit a B5? I'm thinking no because of a post in the thread but I like it better than the B5 cover. It's a cover from the B6/B7 4.2.......

thats just being a retard. I'd rather save that 90 bucks and put it towards by elim. kit for BT sheesh. Audi people these days [rolleyes] haha.

ok ur missing the point... Who evea saw the cover and said oh thats nice I want it.. then bitch about the price.

LIke is said it Cost to be the boss.. u pay to play... so if you want to pay for ur BT and the other man wants to pay for his Cover. Whats the difference ?

Form does follow function... but doesn't apply to here...

I think going fast is a waste of money, Its not the reason I bought my audi. And that is just our opinions on the matter.

And for the record, I payed around 60 dollers shipped for mine.(genuineaudiparts.com) The dealership is always the most expensive place to get parts. Dont be dumb.

^^^ agree if I want to go fast I would get an s4, A4's are meant to be clean, low, and slow.

and this is coming from the guy with a K04 upgrade? if you think a4's are "meant to be slow" why even put money into a K04?

I mean at some point you need to think is this $___ really worth a cosmetic thing? i mean if a Honda did it, you would be yelling rice at the top of your lungs and laughing your ass off behind the owners back. But its the same scenario here in my view. I dont believe that A4's are meant to be "slow" I concur with the clean/low part, but slow? Have you not seen a 2.0L BAT build? i mean those things haul ass. [race]

but of course thats just my opinion to yours and it doesn't "pay to be boss"

A friend of mine used them on his vaders, but never the interior. When the car gets back from paint, I will be working on cleaning it up quite a bit. I am debating polishing the mani and valve cover, but still having my cover over it so the polished parts just peek through. We will see.
