How wide are your wheels? (oem 19x9?)

I'm running 19x8.5 et35 with 245/35 and I'm clean in the rear. I need to roll my front fenders to clean up a some rub there, but it's very little.

Using my trusty offset calc (assuming you're 19x9), you're sticking out an extra 11mm then I am, and that .433" will definitely cause some rubbing in the front. With some camber adjustment, you should be able to get the rears to clear, but I'm just speculating. For reference, the oem RS4 wheels are 19x9 et29, which necessitate the need for flared front/rear fenders. If you can find some 19x8.5 et35 (or more) or 19x8 et29 (or more) for the front, it'll be easier then stretching smaller tires...

edit: I didn't see you were on sport susp. Mine's lowered (25.5")
