Ok, I searched here and could not find the resale value for a used 06 3.2. Here are the specs on the car. The car is certified and has 39,900 miles on it. They want to sell it to me for $21,500.

My gut said it was a great price. I will post some pics this weekend after the deal is done.

And this is? What is out of this world about KBB? [:|]
Try also Edmunds and AutoTrader. KBB, Edmunds and AutoTrader will all give you either / both estimated resale value and what local listings are going for. With all of this information you will get as real world as you can get from behind a computer. At the end of the day, it depends on the deal you are able to strike.

Ya, I went to all those sites, but I was just looking to see if anyone here has recently purchased a B7 with the options I am looking at. Personally I feel I have worked out a very fair deal for both parties.
The great thing is the audi dealership I deal with here is extremely fair to deal with, and I won't buy a car from anyone else. I did go to a Lexus, BMW, and Audi dealership in Pittsburgh to look at buying a car (did research on the cars first) and also to trade my car in. What they all told me was "those numbers are nice, but those are not auction/wholesale prices." That was why I asked the question.
Thanks for the input.
