You guys have to remember, it's a lease. My buyback is $29 300. If I give it back to Audi, I'm sure it will be in the mid to even maybe high 30's.

To be honest, if someone wants to take over my lease with couple of months left, I'm willing to do so. All I ask is for you to pay for all the fees required and $500 cash plus $100/month of the remaining term. If you decided to take it with one month remaining, this single month will cost you $250 and of course the $500.

The good news, you'll get back my security deposit of $440 at the end of the lease term.

45 months.

what am I missing on the math...are you including PST/GST to come up with $29,000 buy back after 4 years?

My friend leased a 2006 S4 for 4 years and the buyback is $33,000

(it's coming up in May if anyone wants it. Car is pretty well perfect with only about 50,000 km on and has been driven by conservative, older folks only)

OP: post a new list of what's for sale. Your sign has 39 things in it, but you said half of them were accounted for...then that may or may not have changed.

Thanks

I'm just writing what I see on my contract. Buy back is $29 300, I do not know if it includes GST/PST. I'm assuming it doesn't.

As for the list of things for sale. All items are reserved at the moment as stated in my first post. Only the BBS and the RS4 pedals are not for sale which is also stated on my first post.

Sounds like it might include taxes, before taxes it's about $3000 more than my buyout but then I can't remember what the price difference was on a new sedan vs avant.

Damn, that is soooooo tempting LOL.

I'm not too sure. You have to remember, it's a Sline. I do know it was worth somewhere in the 50+K range.

If the price includes the taxes, then I might just buy it out. Who do I call regarding this? My dealer?

My A4 was just over $48K and buyout including taxes is just under $25K.

Hehehe $48K for a four banger! :)

My guess is that it doesn't include taxes. The buyout that is quoted on your lease agreement will not have taxes included. Granted, I've never leased an Audi before, but all my other leases haven't had taxes included.

Ed, I'm still very much considering your car. I agree with others that the residual is a little high, but it's a pretty rare combo.

Good luck with getting rid of all the other stuff.
