Ok so I know they tell me how to install both but i'm still a little lost. I have my boost gauge connected to the back of the motor. can I just throw a "T" on and have a tube comming from the motor to the "T" and the DV tube to the "T" and then a tube from the gauge to the "T"? [confused]

Just so I'm clear you already have our boost gauge installed and are trying to install our DV, correct?

Do you have our DV installation instructions? There is a note there that covers your exact situation.

Here is a link to our instructions in case you don't have them: http://www.awe-tuning.com/media/pdf/AWE_DV_06-08_FSI_Longitudinal_20T.pdf

Here is the note:

If you have previously installed an AWE boost gauge, you must remove the original 10mm T-fitting with restrictor and replace it with the new one as described in Step 5. Attach your boost gauge line by splicing in the enclosed Y-fitting as shown at Arrow B in Figure 7. Make sure the leg with the brass restrictor is attached to boost gauge line.

Does that help clear things up?

I have read it over and over and I'm just making sure that it is clear that everything will work correctly when I get the DV. I just ordered the DV today. John V has taken good care of me but I just wanted reassurance. [:)]

Yup! All of our kits come with everything you'll need to install them onto your car.

Not a problem. If you have any questions during the install, feel free to give us a call: 888-565-2257.

Alex, when are the boost gauges gonna be back in stock? I ordered one a few weeks ago but they're backordered. [:/]

A little birdie tells me that the new design will be electrical. Still a few weeks away.

The install was meh easy. Just take you time, It was a pain for me to get to the top bolt but I got it. The Install was then pretty easy.

I was worried for a second that the "y" fitting was messing with the gauge but Everything is good. I enjoyed the lollie pop too [;)]
