questions about billstein grooved

how much lower will the grooved billsetin give me, if i combine it with H&R race springs?
i know h&r sport will give me 1.9 @rear and 1.5 @front without groove
and what about the higest groove?
and how hard is it to move the springs from one groove to another?

10mm(3/8") per groove. You pick the desired groove and put the springs on. You would have to remove and disassemble the shocks to change the ride height.
