My clutch has recently started to slip at low rpm while accelerating. So I decided to try and adjust the clutch pedal by moving the clutch master end so it would engage lower on the pedal because now it engages right at the top. I have turned the end a countless amount of times and it has done nothing.

Does anyone have any tips? Thank you

It does nothing. Your clutch isn't slipping because your engagement point is at the top of the pedal, it is slipping because the disk is warn enough so that it is smaller then the space between the flywheel and pressure plate.

Only way to fix your issue is to buy a new clutch.

No adjustment on the hydraulic clutch/slave cylinder. Time for the shop.
