yes, these #s are low. i wasnt doing this to see what kind of #s i could make (last dyno made 301AWHP @ 23PSI but it had no AFR info). i wanted to see the AFR, as i was having issues before with this UNI AEB 440 file. this is with a 50 trim @ 14 PSI, 12 PSI, and 13PSI (this is were i keep it for daily driving until i get a few other things worked out), so i wanted to see what AFRs were on the PSI i run it at everyday.

i brought my laptop, but my computer recently crashed and i lost a few programs including VagCom. so no logs :(

it dips to 11:1 at 6400 RPM

this is one a few months ago on a smaller turbo when i first got the file, the AFR fell below 10:1

i guess they look a little better. i would love to get it up around 12:1 though :banghead:

any thoughts on how to bring it up a little more?

You may want to consider reposition your air filter further away from the turbo to get some colder air into your engine also. Or use a heat shield. Nothing to do with your A/F ratio but something to think about.

in the 11's is where you want to be on pump gas. Running leaner then that doesn't mean you will make more power unless you increase the amount of air or increase adv timing, but if you just decrease fuel you still make the same power or less.

11:1 isnt so bad, its a little bit rich but nothing crazy. Better safe than sorry

Funny thing is even running very lean on our cars isn't going to below the car up. One of my first runs with the Q16 was hitting 15:1 or higher while at WOT and hitting 37psi, we thought the pump just couldnt' keep up but turned out that the vac hose to the AFPR had popped off.

I know of another car that ran 14:1 on the dyno and didn't blow up and I had the car hit well over 15:1 while launching at the track because I ran out of gas. LOL

These motors are much stronger then most people think

i do have a crude, but very effective, heat shield. i just took it out for the pic. we're making a really nice airbox right now.

is there a way to just bring it up a pinch? i guess its really no big deal. last dyno the AFR was below 10:1, so this is nice in comparison...

damn below 10:1 is pretty rich at WOT
