What is the thread size for an the oil drain plug on an AEB motor? Looking to put in an after market temp gauge, and was wondering if this was correct?

If not, does anyone know what the thread is?

O yeah, anyone know where the easiest spot to hook up for oil pressure? Need to run these 2 gauges, and trying to figure out where to place them and what will work.

Thanks

Way too small.

You need something that's M26x1.5.

Thanks ^^. Now does anyone have anywhere to get something like that link, or know of a better spot to run it? I know someone has to be running an oil pressure or temp gauge here..

I run a oil pressure gauge, my sender is up where at the stock pressure sensor spot which is near the oil filter. You wont get oil pressure readings if you put it at the oil drain plug.

I used one of their relocation kit that looks like this.

As for the drain plug, I am not sure what size is used on our cars.

hmm, alright thanks. Yeah my pan doesnt have the input anymore for the temp sensor since it is an aeb pan.. So I am trying to figure out where to hook up a temp gauge too. I just made a thread on a filter adapter, if that works it would make my life a lot easier haha.
