hey everyone, Im going to be putting 3000k fogs in, and I did a lot of research but just cant find a DIY on removing fog lights from the b5 a4. I know a lot of you have put HIDs in your fogs, is there a DIY you guys used? or can you walk me through it?

thanks

wait, i actually came across something that says just take the front wheels off and then the wheel well covers and the fogs will be rite there.

but now I have a new question.. will I get a Light Out Indication in a 2001 a4 with hid fogs?

^ I have no idea about the indicator nor the wheel well liner trick.

I just looked at the wheel well and it looks like the wheel well trick will not work. Iv never removed my bumper before, is there a DIY anywhere?

its easy took me about 10 min....

Take out your fog light grilles and remove the 3 screws from each one, then unplug the harness from the back done!

yeah i know, this is my only car, and im very new to working on audi's and I know that they are very fragile cars, so im just scared im going to do something wrong and break something. which is why I ask questions before start taking stuff apart and I brake something. id rather be safe than sorry. But I'm learning a lot quickly from everyone here on this forum so i shouldn't be asking too many questions for much longer, thanks to everyone for your help [:)]

Its funny, Chris and I were talking about how easy taking apart B5's are now since we have been doing it so long. I could totally make way with a S4 bumper in less than 5 mins. Including the fogs, etc lol.
