Jim is a great moderator, but I read that he is having personal issues he needs to deal with at the current moment. I am not requesting that Jim (onemoremile) be replaced, but to simple have a substitute moderator take his place till he gets things settled down in his life. My personal vote is djwimbo. He is a car mechanic and is very helpfull within the B5 A4 community. He is also a neighbor of Jim. Other members can fit the mold easily as moderator, but many are busy with thier own personal issues to keep track of threads and non-sense being posted.

We as the B5 A4 community do a pretty good job and keeping the section operational helping people with issues they have with thier cars, clearing misconceptions, etc. People with BT turbo applications are there already to assist in any matters pertaining to issues that people may have. But some threads just get out of line. Some need to be posted elsewhere, locked, moderated, etc. I did not run the proposal to djwimbo on him being 'substitute' moderator, but I will PM him a link to this thread after I post it. But we need a substitute moderator whom can fit the mold of being knowledgable about the mechanics of vehicles, is known within the community, can grant great advice for issues, does not belittle people, is courteous, still down to earth, etc. Please take this thread into consideration. Thanks!

*There are other members within the B5 A4 section whom can also fit the mold as 'substitute' moderator, but I do not know how frequent they can monitor the section. Others are addicted to AZ, such as myself.

Edit: Anthony, feel free to remove this thread. I did not know this topic has already been discussed.

We are aware that more help is needed, and we'll be addressing the issue soon.
