Just had a fitment w/ a Potenza RE11 (Bridgestone replacement for RE01R) Tire shop couldn't get the 275/30/19 on the OEM RS4 wheel. Not sure why as I hear some folks running RE01R setup w/ OEM RS4 wheels (B7) - supposedly the RE11 & re01R have the same specs. Will the sidewall be damaged & how will the tire perform under load if it's forced onto a 9" OEM wheel? Suggestions for tire in a 275/30/19 that will fit on the OEM RS4 wheel?

Heard it's tough to get them on but a lot of people are running the re-01r's. Maybe try another shop. Hopefully they go on..I was planning on getting those or the nitto nt05's in the same size.
Where did you get the re11's? Didn't think they were out yet.

Update - Discount Tire was able to fit the tire on the OEM rim (using a corghey machine - it's pretty neat) and have no fitment issues so it's a go & I absolutely cannot wait until it warms up here in MN to mount these on the car. The tire looks absolutely sick when looking at the car from the back - I just hope I don't have performance/handling issues.

I went thru discount tire. Sounds like only 2 sets were avail in 275/30/19 of which one set is gone because they will be on my car. I was also told Discount Tire sold a set of staggered RE11's (not sure what size) to a guy putting them on a M3 so it sounds like they are becoming available.

I'm glad it worked out for you. I will be replacing my tires as well and am looking at 275's as well. It just seems like they will be a better fit on the 9" wheel.

I'm also going through Discount Tire so I hope they can handle it!

Post some pictures! [:D]

I'm considering those or the Nitto Invo. Can you post or PM me the price you got the re11's for? I could not find them on their site.

Thanks.
