Quick question for you guys. I have a 1998 A4 quattro that I'll be moving from Atlanta to South Florida. Going to be towing it with a Uhaul truck, and getting one of those 4 wheel dollies. Is there anything that I should know/do to protect my car during the towing?

I searched and didn't find anything other than the recommendation not to tow with two wheels on the ground.

Thanks for the help.

U-Haul will give you instructions on how to properly tow it. Since you have Quattro, you will need to rent the tow that has the vehicle off the ground and a proper hitch will be needed. You may want to consider purchasing a car cover for the voyage. other than that, U-Haul should explain everything for a safe delivery of your car and thier rental product. They also have a policy not to permit Ford Explorers and Expeditions to rent thier tows. Ask me how I know*?

*don't ask me, it was just a figure of speach
