Don't mean to take over the post.

I was about to post the same question but about H&R springs
I currently have the std sports suspension.
Is it worth going H&R sports Spring or should I go straight to H&R Race Spring ?

I will have a Reiger RS4 bar( if that makes a clearance difference)

anyone have pics?

I have eibach and it was a noticeable difference from my sport suspension. Stock sport suspension is .75 of an inch lower than stock.

Factory sport suspension is about .75" lower than non-sport.

H&R Sport springs are about 1.3" lower than non-Sport (FOR FWD).

Vogtland Sport springs are about 1.5" lower than non-Sport (FOR FWD)

The H&R's have the front sit a tad higher than the Vogtlands. The rears are about the same.

Eibachs are similar to the Vogtlands with having the front a bit lower. They sit about .2" higher than Vogtland.

Keep in mind that Quattro ride heights do vary slightly from FWD in our experience.
