Taking orange blinker out?

how do i take that orange cover off my blinker in my head lights? anywhere i can get it done in and round jersey

There is a DIY you could use if you wanted to do it yourself. I used a different guide but couldn't find it. Its a fairly easy process. Otherwise there are a few members on here from Jersey area and I'm sure somebody would be willing to help.
