whistling/howling at low RPM/idle

been getting this weird whistling/howling kinda noise at idle and at low RPMs not only under acceleration but also when coming to a stop. doesnt really make any noticable noises when i get past like 2500rpm or anything but ive also noticed some lack of power. thought it was my PCV but theres no oil around the cap or anything and its not the same symptoms as last time i cracked the pcv. please dont tell me its my turbo [headbang]

If it was your turbo I'd imagine that it would get worse when you get into the boost. It might be a vacuum leak. Have you checked your hoses and what not?

yep..ran thru the whole thing and it all seems to be in order from what i can see....
