B6 Lower control arms

Ok, so my car has this clunking noise every time it goes over a pot hole or a speed bump. Had a friend check it out and told me both my drivers side lower control arms are messed up. I have bought the curved one, but the straight one has been a hassle. I've asked around for the part number so I can get the right part. So far I've come up with 2 P/N:

8E0 407 151 L/R/M
4D0 407 151P

Some part people say they are the same part, other say they differ. What do you think??? Thanks.

4D0407151P is for the B5 with steel uprights. Does not fit, shock bushing is too wide.
B6/B7 you'll want to use the first one.
8E0407151L/R/M, they'll all fit.
