Looking for some of your thoughts!!!!

I can't decide if I should get a software flash (GIAC-X), put it towards new wheels, or just save it for something bigger (BT?)

I've stressed the fact that I think you need some new wheels, get some used in the classifieds and then get a chip too!

I'm hesitant to do that now just b/c the shop that I've used in the past to do my mods has closed. Now, if my coils need to be adjusted with the new wheels, I'm not sure who I'll go to. But I do know it would coast a lot!

I'm a big fan of keeping the appearance of the car stock and modding only performance wise.

That's one of the reason's I've been hesitant in buying the Deval bumper, even though I think that it looks really good. About the only thing I plan on doing visual is tint.

Well I think the drop will be fine with new wheels. You aren't too low to begin with so I don't see any issues. Get some nice used wheels and complete the package! lol

You got the drop, I think you should follow through with the wheels. Maybe in black to match the grill?

I just think that they are really overrated. They look good, but for the price, I would rather have other wheels that half of the people don't have. Just my thoughts.

I'm thinking 18" VMR VB3 wheels.

I'm thinking 18" VMR VB3 wheels.

noo dont do it, and thats not because you're talking about buying my rims, but if you're going to go with 18's - Ti's are OE fit. best and will soon be a very hard to score buy older 25th anniversary S4 wheels ( same rim - HARD to find)

I swear i really want to keep my wheels, i washed my car the other day and i wanted to take my for sale posting down . [=(]

I like VMR's but i also like something UNIQUE and not so saturated ( whatever wheel/product it may be )

be wise with the dough.

I've decided I'm going to do nothing. I'm going to save the money.

Good for you! That's what I voted for.

Saving the money is probably the wisest choice.

However never underestimate how much better your car would look with a nice set of rims (since you already have coils), and how much more fun it would be to drive with GIAC X. Sorry, i know I'm not helping.

try to find a mechanic who certified in suspensions... they do it much quicker and more precisely than a mechanic who specalized in general automotive... just start calling and seeing who is and isn't. also ask for labor charges. maybe it's time you spent your money on some wheels and getting the car corner balanced [:D] handling FTW!

P.S. Market is in a slump make sure you have enough money saved just in case.

V710, VB3, V708's all weigh in at about 25lbs, which would a be slight decrease in weight from the stock wheel setup.

If you're interested in overall handling and performance, I would say get corner balanced since you have coils, and then go for more power after the suspension is done. If you just want power, well... there's a simple answer to that right?
